After completing his degree, Dr. Nebrensky worked for several years in the field of electrical engineering, but soon found that he was more interested in the application of his skills to the field of healthcare. He began studying the use of microcurrent electrical stimulation in the treatment of pain and inflammation, and quickly became a leading expert in the field.
In the late 1970s, Dr. Nebrensky invented the Electro-Acuscope, a revolutionary microcurrent therapy device that used advanced technology to deliver precise amounts of electrical stimulation to the body's tissues and cells. The device quickly gained popularity among healthcare professionals, and was eventually cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in the treatment of pain and inflammation.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Nebrensky continued to refine and improve the Electro-Acuscope, and also invented a related device called the Myopulse, which used microcurrent therapy to help patients recover from injuries and improve their athletic performance.
